Alongside my clinical practice, I’m a certified Virtual Gastric Band Practitioner, helping people navigate emotional eating and create sustainable, long-term change with their weight and wellbeing. I also work with clients experiencing stress and anxiety, offering simple, practical tools that support a lasting sense of calm.
As a Simpson Protocol practitioner, I use a gentle, client-led approach that works at a deep level to clear emotional blocks, trauma, and stress—often without needing to revisit or relive difficult experiences.
