What's included

1. Two Extended Hypnosis Sessions

Each session is 90 minutes (instead of the usual 60).
These sessions go deeper and cover more ground, including:

  • Breaking the subconscious smoking habit

  • Removing cravings at the emotional and physical level

  • Releasing stress triggers

  • Reinforcing a strong “non-smoker” identity

  • Installing new habits and calm responses

Session 1 = Quit Day Session
Session 2 = Reinforcement + Craving Reset

2. Personalised Hypnosis Recordings

You receive two custom recordings to listen to at home:

  • Craving-Control Recording (for strong moments)

  • Non-Smoker Identity Recording (to keep the change solid)

These help support your mind between and after sessions.

3. Quit-Support Toolkit

A simple, practical support pack including:

  • Tips for dealing with triggers

  • A step-by-step plan for your first 72 hours

  • A “freedom checklist” to keep you on track

4. Optional Check-In Support

You can message me between sessions if you need a quick boost, reassurance, or guidance.
